This isn\\\'t your standard hotel. It is a traditional Thai townhouse with the downstairs converted to a typical Thai restaurant overlooking the Mekong and upstairs four or five rooms one of which has dual-aspect panoramic views of the river. The convenient location in the middle of walking street with the Mekong on the other side. A very pleasant time was had by all of our party.

Spend the extra for room 1 with a private balcony and wonderful river views. I stayed in an interior room the night before and, while it was a nice room, it wasn’t anywhere near as nice as room 1.

The bedding was old and musty smelling. No fridge. Cheap free water - of low quality. Towels were old. Lights that didn’t work were not fixed. Manager who didn’t know I speak Thai said foreigners are fussy and stupid.
